04. Asbestos refurbishment & Demolition survey
A refurbishment and demolition survey is for anyone who owns a property that was built during or before 1999 (which is when asbestos was banned). This survey is designed to find any ACM in the areas that will or are likely to be disturbed during and renovation or fit out works.
As with all of our surveys, samples are tested throughly and a report will be sent to you once the results are in.
